OD / E-COMMERCE DELIVERY

E-commerce project delivery,
without another full-time hire.

I lead one defined part of an e-commerce launch, migration or integration at a time. For agencies short on project-management capacity and e-commerce teams coordinating developers and vendors.

See how I work with your team

Payments, checkout and logistics are part of the experience. The service covers e-commerce projects more broadly.

01 / PICK YOUR SITUATION

Two teams. Different problems.

A / AGENCIES & SOFTWARE HOUSES

Project delivery help when your team is full

I manage the agreed part of a client project, keep decisions and handovers moving, and work behind your team when white-label support is agreed. Your client relationship stays yours.

B / E-COMMERCE BUSINESSES

One person to keep the launch moving

I coordinate the agreed launch or integration work across your team and vendors. You keep the business decisions; I keep dates, owners and open decisions visible.

02 / WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE

Experience: a better brief before the build begins.

Anonymized example from Oleg's SAP payments work. Wording and publication rights to confirm before using this on a live site.

THE BRIEF

A payments brief specified a technical solution before the need was checked.

THE WORK

I tested the requirement with the team and built the business case.

THE CHANGE

The team changed the requirement before build. No savings figure is claimed.

03 / HERE'S THE MATH

Pay for the capacity you need.
Count the cost of waiting.

Two buyers, two versions of the same question. These are planning benchmarks, not a claim that every project saves money.

AGENCIES & SOFTWARE HOUSES

Overflow without a permanent seat.

Four or eight reserved days can cover a temporary delivery gap. A full-time hire covers more time and costs more between projects. Compare the actual scope, not just the rate.

Your math: unbilled project contribution per week × weeks the work slips.

Do not count all contract revenue as lost. Use your own margin and whether the work would truly be delayed or cancelled.
E-COMMERCE BUSINESSES

A launch date has a price.

A two-week slip at an assumed €10,000 incremental weekly contribution puts €20,000 at risk. It may move later rather than vanish.

Your math: expected incremental contribution per week × weeks of delay.

Illustration only, not a market average or a saving OD promises. An early launch can carry its own costs and risks too.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

How delivery works: one active part of the project. Everything else stays on the list.

MapAgree on the goal, owners, dates and decisions.

RunAdd as many issues to the queue as needed. We agree what gets active attention within the reserved time.

ReportGet a written update and follow-ups in the agreed business-day response window. You make the final business decisions.

05 / WAYS TO WORK

Packages: choose the level of help.

Proposed pilot packages and price ranges, in EUR excluding VAT. Final scope, fee and response windows are agreed before work starts.

01 / OPTION

Delivery Map

Best when the project is still a pile of opinions.

€1,000–1,500

One-off · two weeks

A plan your team can start using.

  • A work map with owners and dependencies
  • Milestones, risks and decisions to make
  • A first-month priority list

A two-week diagnostic, not an ongoing PM retainer. We agree a reply window before starting.

02 / SUGGESTED START

Delivery Desk

Best when work is underway but keeps drifting.

€2,000–3,000

Per month · about four reserved days

One part of the project, actively managed.

  • About four reserved days for one agreed part of a project
  • A weekly working call and written decision/owner update
  • Vendor and team follow-ups on business days

We agree business-day response windows and meeting slots before starting. Not on-call cover.

03 / OPTION

Launch Lead

Best when launch is close and coordination gets heavier.

€4,000–6,000

Per month · about eight reserved days

Twice the reserved time and closer launch support.

  • About eight reserved days for one agreed launch area
  • Two weekly meeting blocks and a written update
  • A test plan, vendor follow-through and handover checklist

Response windows and launch support are agreed before starting. Extra launches are scoped separately.

04 / ONE-OFF AUDIT

Delivery Audit

Best before you sign off on delivered software and pay the final invoice.

€1,500–2,500

One-off · about one to two weeks

An independent acceptance review: I judge, I do not fix.

  • Delivered software checked against the spec and acceptance criteria
  • Security posture, performance, back office, frontend/UX, integrations (payments, carriers) and delivery process
  • Severity-ranked written findings report plus a walkthrough call
  • Optional add-on: deep code review by a vetted subcontractor, scoped separately

Not a penetration test or full code audit. Final scope and fee are agreed before starting. Excl. VAT.

These are capacity limits, not an unlimited-PM subscription. No coding, design, legal or compliance ownership, budget approvals or 24/7 incident cover. The client makes final decisions. Monthly work requires notice and a proper handover. Delivery Audit is a one-off review with no retainer.

06 / COMPARISON CONTEXT

What other PM capacity costs.

These are different services in different markets. They do not show savings from hiring OD.

Market context, not a saving claim

€864/dayAverage daily rate of freelance IT project managers in Germany (FRATCH, calculated 26 Oct 2026; median €880). Contractor day rate, a neighboring role, not a senior e-commerce-specific quote.
€915/dayAverage daily rate of freelance SAP project managers in Germany (FRATCH, 26 Oct 2026). Rates vary with seniority, specialization and engagement length.
€500/dayOne France-based e-commerce PM's listed Malt asking rate. For comparison only; a profile price is not a signed deal or OD's fee.

All figures in EUR, excluding VAT. Compare like-for-like scope and tax treatment when quoting. Full-time hiring, recruitment and idle capacity are real planning lines, but not priced here without a buyer's own figures.

07 / WHO YOU WORK WITH

About Oleg Denysiuk.
Built Together.

I manage e-commerce projects across platforms, payments, checkout and logistics. The job is to make ownership clear, get decisions made and bring the work to a usable handover. No status-meeting archaeology.

Experience across e-commerce, payments and logistics integrations. Client names and outcomes need permission and verification before public use.

08 / PLATFORMS & TOOLS

The stack this work runs on.

Platforms and systems I coordinate delivery across. Specific vendors, clients and project details stay off a public page - they come up on a fit call.

09 / QUICK ANSWERS

Questions before a fit call.

Part-time senior project management - sometimes called fractional PM.

Can you work behind our agency?

Yes, when we agree white-label support. Your client relationship stays yours.

Do you manage developers or write code?

I coordinate delivery with developers and vendors. I do not write code or replace your technical lead.

How much time is reserved?

Delivery Map is a two-week diagnostic. Delivery Desk has about four reserved days a month; Launch Lead about eight. Exact scope and response windows are agreed first.

What if several projects need help?

One agreed part of a project gets active attention at a time. The rest stays on the list, or we scope another engagement.

10 / NEXT STEP

Tell me what needs to move.

A 20-minute fit call: the project, who's on the team and what help would be useful. No sales deck required.
